Property AU was founded in 2012 by CEO & Director Serge Fikir — a property professional with a hands-on background spanning construction, project delivery, and 18+ years in the Australian property market. His vision was clear: to create a firm that could guide both investors and first home buyers through the complexity of property with genuine expertise, end-to-end support, and unwavering honesty.

Today, Property AU operates out of Niddrie, Victoria, specialising in off-the-plan apartments, townhouses, and house & land packages across greater Melbourne. What began as a small practice has grown into a full-service property marketing firm with a trusted team, a 200+ partner network, and over 1,100 satisfied clients.
